Remington 870 Express Tactical Review
Part 2 - What's In The Box

When you purchase the Remington Model 870 Express Tactical Shotgun, it will come boxed as shown below.

The photo below shows the label that was on the end of the box which gives all the critical information; identifying model number, serial number and basic description of the key features of the shotgun.

When you open the box, you see the shotgun comes fully assembled and is packed in a foam liner as shown below.  The packing is clearly nothing fancy, but the gun is well protected for transportation purposes.

Inside the box were the shotgun, gun lock & instructions, Owner's Manual, XS Shotrail Installation & Adjustment Instructions, and a card for a rebate on Remington Ammo.  Also, not shown in the photo below, was the Magazine Extension Kit Instruction Folder that was tucked inside the Owner's Manual.

Since I was not able to find linkable web documents for the XS Shotrail and Magazine Extension Kit, I scanned these documents and you can see them below.  You will need to click on these images to see the detail.
